Title 40.1-51.1.(a) Code of Virginia: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to being struck by the deteriorated roof overhang on the front (west) side of the road chemical storage structure. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard would be to remove and/or replace said portion of the roof.on
