Stat. 182.653 subd. 2: The employer did not furnish to each employee, conditions of employment and a place of employment free from recognized hazards which caused or were likely to cause death or serious injury to employees; specifically: Employees exposed to a potential entanglement hazard associated with the Ridgid pipe threading machine. Among other methods, a feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard would be to provide a foot switch as recommended by the manufacturer in their publication #TF-535- 74-R.35-
