Minn. Stat. 182.653 subd. 2:  The employer did not furnish to each
employee, conditions of employment and a place of employment free
from recognized hazards which caused or were likely to cause death
or serious injury to employees:
On November 22, 1997 the employer allowed an employee to used
the tops of palletized material that was aproximately 8 feet
9 inches above the floor as an infrequent tempory work
platform while employees were conducting the employers 6 month
inventory.
