Stat. 182.653 subd. 2: The employer did not furnish to each employee, conditions of employment and a place of employment free from recognized hazards which caused or were likely to cause death or serious injury to employees: On 11-04-98 Employee(s) were exposed to hazards recognized in the industry, by not being required to wear seat belt on the 863 Bob Cat skid loader while driving up and down a steep grade of compacted soil where tip over was a real possibility. Employee exposed to injury of being thrown against interlocked steel bar in event of emergency stop while traveling. Located at basement of addition to hospital in Hutchinson.
