Stat. 182.653 subd. 2: The employer did not furnish to each employee, conditions of employment and a place of employment free from recognized hazards which caused or were likely to cause death or serious injury to employees: On May 5, 1997, the employer required employees to enter and work in a three story wood frame building. The building construction/erection practices utilized were not conventional and the employer did not adequately ensure the structural integrity/stability of the building before requiring employees to work in it.
