Title 40.1-51.1.(a), Code of Virginia: At this site (2634 Lakeside Dr, Lynchburg, VA), Gary Blair Concrete Inc. did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that: (a) Throughout the site, protruding drive pins onto which employees could fall were not guarded to the hazard of impalement. "One feasible and acceptable abatement method, among others, to correct this hazard is to place a protective cap on each drive pin."
