(1)The key for the lockout controls of the "Hunter" four wheel alignment
rack was broken off in the lock and the unit could be activated by
someone other than the operator.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct the
hazard is to have the broken key removed from the lock and have a new
key made so the operator can lockout the controls.
