employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in
that employees were
exposed to:

causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
At the Bonanza Restaurant, kitchen area:  Employees had to enter the
freezer to search
for products .  The inside part of the metal door of the freezer was
broken and the
surface had sharp edges.
A feasible method to correct this hazard is to fix the broken door to
eliminate
the sharp
edges.
Hazard: Employees becoming in contact with the sharp edges.
En el Restaurante Bonanza, area de cocina:  Empleados tenian que entrar al
refrigerador
a buscar productos.  La parte interior de la puerta del refrigerador
estaba rota y la
superficie tenia esquinas filosas.
Un metodo factible para corregir este riesgo es arreglar la puerta para
eliminar las
esquinas filosas.
Riesgo: Empleados entren en contacto con las esquinas filosas.
