Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in
that employees were
exposed to:
Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico:
El patrono no
proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
In the Certification and Paymaster's Areas - three carriage windows was
not effective fixed,
wich that to closed over the employees hands.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
corrrect this hazard is
to install permanents secures like breast jewel.
Hazard: Fracture in the hand bones.
En las areas de Certificacion y Pagaduria - tres portezuelas de
ventanillas no se aseguraban
eficazmente, por lo cual estas se cerraban sobre las manos de los
empleados.
Entre otros metodos accesibles y acceptable para corregir este riesgo es
instalar seguros
permanentes como pestillos.
Riesgo: Fracturas de hueco de la mano.

On the entrance of the establishment - a ramp of 12'.5" by 12'.6" was not
provided with nonslip
material.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this hazard is
to provide the ramp with nonslip material patche.
Hazard: Falls and fractures.
En la entrada del establecimiento - una rampa de 12'.5" por 12'.6" no fue
provista de material
antirresbaladizo.
Entre otros metodos, un metodo accesible y aceptable para corregir este
riesgo es el de proveer
a la rampa con planchelas de material antirresbaladizo.
Riesgo: Caidas y fracturas.ladizo.
