Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico: El patrono no proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten causando o que puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados estaban expuestos a: Loading area - the hook of the hoisting machinery Ireimann Georger, S/N 87506, model TT- 1000-F, load cpacity of 1,800 lbs was not equipped with safety latch for purpose of retaining slings and chains according to ANSI B30.10b-1991, Sec 10-1.2.3 (c). Hazard: The sling or chain get out from hook due to sudden movements. Area de carga - el gancho de la maquinaria de izar Ireimann Georger, S/N 87506, model TT- 1000-F, capacidad de carga de 1,800 lbs no fue equipada con un cerrojo de seguridad para propositos de retener eslingas y cadenas segun el ANSI B.30.10b-1991, Sec 10-1.2.3 (c). Riesgo: La eslinga o cadena puede salirse del gancho debido a movimientos inesperados.
