Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico: El patrono no proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten causando o que puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados estaban expuestos a: Windows manufacturing area - chain haist budgit of 1 ton used to lift windows with the weight of 295 pounds approximately had no annual inspection specified in ANSI B-30.16 1973 16.1.2.1.3. Among others methods of abatement one feasible and acceptable method is the inspection of the haist with the requirement of ANSI B-30.16 1973 16.1.2.1.3. Hazard: Defect at thae mechanism may cause the load fall down. Area manufactura de ventanas - grua de cadena Budgit de 1 tonelada usada para levantar ventanas con un peso aproximado de 295 libras no tenia inspeccion anual como especificado en ANSI B-30.16 1973 16.1.2.1.3. Entre otros metodos uno aceptable y factible para corregir es la inspeccion de la grua con los requerimientos del ANSI B-30.16 1973 16.1.2.1.3. Riesgo: Defectos en el mecanismo puede causar que la carga caiga al piso.
