estaban expuestos
a:
At the extrusion area - it was observed a powered industrial truck Yale
EATON Modelo
ERCO30AAN365T083, S/N N356534, with load capacity of 3,700 pounds, which
one was not
equipped with warnings devices when that were drived.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this
hazard
is to provide
a horn or sound producing or visual devices such as, lights, whistle or
back up alarm.
Hazard: Stroke to employees.
En el area de extrusion - fue observado un vehiculo industrial Yale EATON
Modelo
ERCO30AAN365T083, S/N N356534, con capacidad de carga de 3,700 libras, el
cual no estaba
equipado con aparatos de advertencia cuando estos eran conducidos.
Entre otros metodos, un metodo accesible y aceptable para corregir este
riesgo es  proveer una
bocina o algun artefacto que produzca advertencia auditiva o visual, tal
como luces, silbato o
alarma de retroceso.
Riesgo: Golpe a empleados.

At the conversion machines area - the hook of a electric chain hoist of
load capacity of 1 ton
was not equipped with safety latch for purpose of retaining slings and
chains according to
ASME/ANSI B30.10a-1990-10-1.2.3.
Hazard: the sling or chain can get out from hook due to sudden movements.
En el area de maquinas de conversion - el gancho del equipo de izar de
cadenas de capacidad
de carga de 1 tonelada no fue equipada con un cerrojo de seguridad para
proposito de retener
eslingas y cadenas segun ASME/ANSI B30.10a - 1990-10-1.2.3.
Riesgo: la eslinga o cadena puede salirse del gancho debido a moviminetos
inesperados.
