employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in
that employees were
exposed to:

proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
At the prduction area - Steel tank in an incline level utilized in the
operation of packing mineral
spirits was not afixed.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this hazard is
to secure the tank to avoid its sliding.
Hazard:  Injuries from falling tank.
En el area de produccion - Tanque de metal en un plano inclinado utilizado
en la operacion de
empacar "mineral spirits" no estaba fijo.
Entre otros metodos, uno factible y aceptable de corregir este riesgo es
asegurar el tanque para
evitar que se deslize.
Riesgo:  Lesiones debido a que el tanque que se caiga.
