Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico: El patrono no proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten causando o que puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados estaban expuestos a: At gard in front of classrooms from fourth to sixth grades - water accumulation from rain on the gard over the area where teachers and other employees from sit. This water come from a baseball park localized beside the school. Employee have to take off their shoes while crossing standind water. Among other methods one feasible and acceptable abatement method is to improve the damage system. Hazard: Fall and/or foot illness. En el patio frente a los salones de cuarto y sexto grado - acumulacion de agua de lluvia en el patio por donde transitan los maestros y otros empleados. Esta agua proviene del parque de pelota localizado al lado de la escuela. Empleados tiene que quitarse los zapatos mientras cruzan por el agua estancada. Entre otros metodos, un metodo factible y aceptable de corregir este riesgo es mejorar el sistema de drenaje. Riesgo: Caidas y/o enfemedades en los pie.
