Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in
that employees were
exposed to:
Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico:
El patrono no
proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
In the establisment - all days - in the warehouse room, gentlemen bathroom
and passage
attached, and in some occasions in all the area of the offices - strong
fecal feces odors.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct the hazard is
to verify the planes of the building and call the corresponding agency to
correct.
Hazard: Problems with the respiratory systems.
En el establecimiento - todos los dias - en el cuarto de almacen, bano de
caballeros y pasillo
adjunto, y en algunas ocasiones en toda el area de las oficinas- fuertes
olores a heces fecales.
Entre otros metodos, un metodo factible y aceptable de corregir este
riesgo es verificar los
planos del edificio y llamar a la agencia correspondiente para corregir.

some were missing.

En el Bano de Damas - los paneles acusticos estaban unos sobre otros, y
algunos faltaban.
Entre otros metodos, un metodo factible y aceptable de corregir este
riesgo es colocarlos en la
misma direccion y continuos.
