proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
At the ramp guardhouse: Employees exit the guardhouse to verify the
security clearance of
vehicle occupants coming or going to the ramp.  In the structure of the
guardhouse the following
conditions were found the door of the entrance to the guardhouse was
broken and loose, a lateral
panel of the guardhouse was broken, a roof beam of the guardhouse was
broken and out of
position and a two (2) inch diameter metal pipe on the roof of the
guardhouse for the electrical
connection that feeds the guardhouse was loose.
Hazard: Come in contact with broken or loose parts.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this hazard is
to replace the broken parts of the structure of the guardhouse.
En la caseta de la rampa: Empleados salen de la caseta a verificar el
acceso de seguridad de los
ocupantes de vehiculos dirigiendose o provenientes de la rampa.  En la
estructura de la caseta
las siguientes condiciones se encontraron tenia la puerta de acceso a la
caseta
rota y suelta, tenia
un panel lateral de la caseta roto, tenia una viga del techo de la caseta
roto y fuera de sitio y
tenia suelto el tubo de metal de dos (2) pulgadas de diametro en el techo
de la caseta para la
conexion electrica que alimenta la caseta.
Riesgo: Entrar en contacto con partes rotas o sueltas.
Entre otros metodos, un metodo accesible y aceptable para corregir este
riesgo es remplazar las
partes de la estructura que esten rotas de la caseta.ura
