At the Administrative Office of Agriculture Department: While the employee
performing
their tasks, it were observed fissured sections on the ceiling of the
estructure.  This
fissures in rainy days permited rain watter filtrate and did fall on the
floor making
slippery.
Hazard: Slippings and falls on raining days.
Among other method, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this
hazard is to restore a new the ceiling with concrete and a sealing
compound.

secciones
resquebradas del techo de la estructura.  Estas fisuras en dias lluviosos
