Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico: El patrono no proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten causando o que puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados estaban expuestos a: At the Escuela Intermedia Nueva of Ceiba, teachers imparting classes in classrooms were exposed to used watters that came from the sanitary pipes that did run exposed at a heigth of 11 feet with 8 inches near the ceiling of the classroom. The pipes come from the toilet facilities located in the second floor of the School. a. At Classroom #16 - History b. At Classroom #17 - Memi Project Classroom Hazard: Become in contact with used watters or bacterias and viruses that come from the used watters. Among other methos to correct this hazard is the fixing of the likage problem or reroute the pipes. En la Escuela Intermedia Nueva de Ceiba, maestros impartiendo clases en salones estaban expuestos a aguas usadas que provenian de las tuberias sanitarias que corrian expuestas a una altura de 11 pies con 8 pulgadas cerca del techo del salon. Los tubos vienen de las facilidades de inhodoros localizados en el segundo piso de la escuela. a. Salon #16 - Estudios Sociales b. Salon #17 - Proyecto Memi Riesgo: Entrar en contacto con aguas usadas o de bacterias y viruses que puedan provenir de las aguas usadas. Entre otros metodos para corregir este riesgo esta el corregir las filtraciones de la tuberia sanitaria o el cambio del recorrido de la tuberia.o
