Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in
that employees were
exposed to:

El patrono no
proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
At the access to the exit located between the Deposit No. 1 and the
tunnel, the employer
did not provide, at least .5 footcandles, the minimum absolute level of
illumination for
safety alone, as stated on the ANSI A.1-1973 since there was an absolute
darkness.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this
hazard is to replace the light bulbs.
Hazard:  Tripping, delay in escape from fire or other emergency, punctures.
En el acceso a la salida, localizado entre el Deposito num. 1 y el tunel,
el patrono no
proveyo, por lo menos .5 pies bujias, el absoluto minimo de iluminacion
para seguridad
solamente, como esta estipulado en el ANSI A11.1-1973, ya que habia una
obscuridad
absoluta.
Entre otros metodos, un metodo factible y aceptable para corregir este
riesgo es
reemplazar las bombillas.
Riesgo:  Tropiezo, demora en el escape de un fuego u otra emergencia,
