Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico: El patrono no proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten causando o que puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados estaban expuestos a: At the "Division de Patrimonio Historico Edificado", there was observed scattered loose ceiling plastering. The ceiling was nineteeen feet high. Employees were exposed to ceiling falling plaster. A feasible and useful methods to correct this hazards may be: 1-Remove the loose plaster from the ceiling. 2-Relocate employees. En la Division de Patrimonio Historico Edificado, se observo en algunas partes del techo empanetado suelto. El techo tenia diecinueve pies de alto. Los empleados fueron expuestos a empanetado cayendo del techo. Metodos de correccion factibles y aceptables para corregir el riesgo son: 1-Remover el empanetado suelto del techo. 2-Relocalizar a empleados.zar
