Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico: El patrono no proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten causando o que puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados estaban expuestos a: At the establishment; Vocational Funds Section: Over 8 feet high (9 feet aproximately), there were electric cords, UF cables, burned. Employees heared low explotions, and observed sparks between the acoustic plates. Hazard: Fire. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this electrical hazard is, to removed the barned cords and insulated the others. En el establecimiento; Seccion de Fondos vocacionales: Sobre los 8 pies de altura (9 pies aproximadamente), hay cables electricos UF, quemados. Los empleados escuchaban pequenas esplosiones y observaban chispas por entre las planchas del acustico. Riesgo: Fuego. Entre otros metodos, un metodo aceptable de correccion de este riesgo electrico seria; remover los cables quemados y proteger aislando los otros cables.o
