IC 22-8-1.1 Section 2: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: Jobsite - On or about 9-12-00 no ground bracing system was being used for the 100 foot long wood trusses. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard is to follow the instructions in the H.I.B-91, summary sheet frame 2 of Commentary and Recommendations for Handling, Installing and Bracing Metal Plate connected wood trusses from the Truss Plate Institute.
