IC 22-8-1.1 Section 2: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: Bridge - On 10-13-00 the 2 3/8 inch U bolt wire rope clips were not prevented from being used to splice together 1 - 3/8 inch diameter and 1 - 1/4 inch diameter wire ropes.
