were exposed to:
(a)  On or about October 28, 1993, the bed of the Mack Semitrailer Dump
Truck,
Tennessee License #1744HX, located at the east side of the maintenance
shop, was in the
elevated position while employees were performing maintenance between the
bed and frame of
the truck, without a safety device to prevent the bed from coming down,
exposing employees
to the hazard of being crushed by the falling bed.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this hazard is
to install a safety bar between the truck frame and the bed which will
prevent the bed from
coming down during maintenance operations.
