exposed to hazard(s) of fall of approximately 15 ft. to concrete pipe
sand in excavation while riding in buckets of:
a) Hitachi Trackhoe Model #UH081.
b) Massey Ferguson front end loader/backhoe Model #308.
One feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard does
not allow employees to ride in buckets or anywhere on machine(s) if
there is no manfacturer's designated place for a rider.
