were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause
death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were
exposed to employees were exposed to the injection of air into the
bloodstream causing an embolism and eye damage from flying particles:
a)  Before lunch break an employee was observed cleaning
himself off with compressed air near the gas ovens, on or
about December 15, 1992.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method
to correct this hazard is to prohibit employees under any
circumstances, from cleaning themselves off with compressed air.
