recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to
employees in that
employees were exposed to a fire and chemical exposure hazard from the
storage of class 1
flammable liquids in the basement area of the foss building:
a)  Flammable storage room in the medical records department - A flammable
storage room housing approximately 300 gallons of ethyl alcohol was
located
in the basement March 31, 1994.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this hazard is to relocate the class 1 flammable ethyl alcohol to
a
flammable storage room located above ground level.
