that was not marked with it's rated load capacity:
a) 1201-13 W. Glenwood Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19133 - the device used to
lift the Bobcat from the ground to the 4th floor was not inspected and
the rated
load capacity was not marked on the device.  Observed 02/07/94.
ABATEMENT NOTE:  A feasible abatement method would be to inspect all
material lifting devices at least monthly and document the inspection
results.
Also, mark the safe rated load capacity on the lifting device.
