Employees were exposed to the hazard of being caught in the rigid
300 electric pipe threader, S/N 1206, due to the lack of a consistent
pressure foot control switch as required by the American National
Standard Institute (ANSI B208.1-1982 4.4.).
One feasible and acceptable method of abatement is the installation of
a constant pressure switch.
