JOBSITE: Corner of Buckley Rd. and 7th. North St., North Syracuse, NY.; employee exposed to the hazard of falling from the bucket and being run over by a CASE model 1085B Cruz-Air Excavator (wheeled tractor) on which he was cutting tree limbs with a Homelite chain saw.
