the hazard of incompatible chemical storage which would result in the
formation of toxic gases:
a) Water treatment area - Two 500 lb containers of sulfuric acid were
stored with ten 50 lb bags of sodium metabisulfite, thereby creating
the potential for the generation of sulfur dioxide from intermixing,
