Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physica harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: a) Falling approximately 60 feet from the open sides of the Zone "B" roof deck due to lack of adequate fall protection. b) Falling approximately 60 feet from the open sides of the Zone "C" roof deck due to lack of adequate fall protection. Among other methods, various feasible and acceptable abatement methods to correct this hazard would be to install standard guard railings, install catch platforms, or provide and enforce the use of properly secured safety belts and lanyards, or:
