to ensure that all workers are attached to lifelines rigged separately
from primary support lines when using single point suspension systems.

edge of the 4th floor roof. Observed 4/11/91
NOTE: One useful and feasable means of abatement, among others, would be
to load test the attachment points for the primary support and lifelines
prior to the start of the job.
