Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970:  The
employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which
were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause
death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were
exposed to:
(a)  Hazard of employees coving in contact with the rotating
blade on the Wolf Blazer Cutter, S.N. 62746 being operated
with a defective on/off switch.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method
to correct this hazard is to repair on/off switch on the machine.
(b)  Hazard of employees working at the polyfoam cutting tables
coming in contact with the 8 1/2 inch blade on the Bosch Power
Cutting Tools which had defective on/off switches.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method
to correct this haard is to repair on/off switches on the tools.
