Violation occurred on 2/23/98 "Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard is to secure cleaning tools and train and supervise employee(s) in accordance with ANSI Standard B11.3-1973 - Safety requirements for the construction, care, and use of power press brakes, Section 6.1.7"n
