Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico: El patrono no proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten causando o que puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados estaban expuestos a: At the # 8, 9 and 10 vigilance's towers, employee were working without illumination to use the stairs and arrive to the top of the towers. The doors were closed and the floors # 1 and 2 were to dark and the employee can not seen. One method to correct this hazard should be put new bulbs in the floors of each tower. En las torres de vigilancia # 8, 9 y 10, empleados estaban trabajando sin illuminacion para utilizar las escaleras y llegar al tope de las torres. Las puertas estaban cerradas y los pisos # 1 y 2 estaban demasiado oscuros y los empleados no podian ver. Un metodo para corregir este riesgo podria ser colocar bombillas nuevas en los pisos de cada torre.
