proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
At the storage of establishment: Its was observed wich in raining days the
ceiling had
water filtration, while employees using industrial equipment such as: fork
lift, betwen
other, can provoque the fork lifk slips in raining days.
Hazard: Slipping and falls
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct these
hazards is to restore the roof or replacing the old zink roof.
En el almacen del estacionamiento: Se observaron que en dias lluviosos hay
filtraciones
en el techo, mientras empleados utilizan equipos industriales tales como;
montacargas,
entre otros, lo que pudiera provocar que el montacargas resbale en dias
lluviosos.
Riesgo: Resbalones y caida
Entre otros metodos un metodo accesible y aceptable para corregir este
riesgo es reparar
el techo viejo remplazando este.azando

At the establishment warehouse: Where observed, some damage frames while
the
employees where working in the area performing their task with the risk
that the damage
frames, colapse and fall over than and cause the multiple fractures, etc.
Hazard: Slipping and falls.
One aceptable abatement method is replace the frames and put to it
prevention barries
to avoid that those can be skew again with the posible impact of the fork
lift.
En el almacen del establecimiento: Se observaron los armazones de las
gondolas
viradas,
mientras empleados estaban en el area realizando sus tareas con el riesgo
de que las
gondolas cedieran y cayeran ocasionando fracturas multiples entre otros.
Riesgo: Resbalones y caidas
Entre los metodos de correccion uno aceptado seria cambiar el armazon de
las gondolas
y colocarles barreras preventivas, para evitar que estas se doblen
nuevamente con el
posible impacto de los montacargas en el area.cargas
