employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that

El patrono no
proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
At the establishment warehouse fifth floor storage:  Where the employees
transited by
the area it was observed a wood wall desprended of it support, at 30 feet
from the
ground.
One aceptable abatement method is replaced the wood wall with a prevention
barriers
to
avoid than those can be desprended againg.
En el quinto piso del almacen del establecimiento:  Mientras empleados
transitaban por
el area se observo una pared de madera del puente desprendida de su
soporte a 30 pies
desde el nivel del piso.
Entre los metodos de correccion uno aceptado seria cambiar la pared de
madera con
barreras preventivas, para evitar que se desprenda nuevamente.,

At the toys and electric apliances warehouse of the establishment: While
the employees
do their tasks were observed that the racks toys are stored inclined
aproximately 7 feet
from ground.
One aceptable method is replaced the frames and put to it prevention
barries to avoid that
those can be skew againg.
En el almacen de juguetes y enseres electricos del establecimiento:
Mientras empleados
realizaban sus tareas se observaron los juguetes en los estantes, estaban
inclinados
aproximadamente 7 pies del piso.
Entre los metodos de correccion uno aceptado seria cambiar el armazon de
las gondolas
y colocarles barreras preventivas, para evitar que estas se doble
nuevamente.,
