employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in
that employees were
exposed to:

proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
At Garden Goods Sales, Inc. storaged, were observed that the stair of
approximatly of
10 feet of height that gave access to the mezanine have losen steps. The
employees were
observed dispatch merchandise.
Hazard: Falls.
Among other correction methods, a feasible and acceptable method to
correct this hazard
is screw the steps.
En el almacen de Garden Goods Sales, Inc., se observo que la escalera de
aproximadamente 10 pies de alto que daba acceso al mezanine tenia sus
escalones sueltos.
Los empleados fueron observados despachando mercancia.
Riego: Caidas.
Entre otros metodos de correccion, un metodo factible y aceptable para
corregir ese
riesgo es atornillar los escalones.
