Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in
that employees were
exposed to:

El
patrono no
proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
At the Borinquen Laboratories Services, Inc.: It was observed which while
the employees
performing their tasks the eyes and face lavatory was partialy damage.
Hazard: Delay in case of emergency the washing of the eyes and face, after
being spotted
by contaminated material.
Among other methods, one factible method is the correct the eye and face
lavatory.
En el "Borinquen Laboratories Services, Inc.": Se observo que mientras
empleados
realizaban sus tareas la estacion de lavado de ojos y cara estaba
parcialmente averiada.
Riesgo: Retraso en caso de emergencia el lavarse los ojos y la cara, luego
de ser
salpicado por material contaminado.
Entre otros metodos, un metodo de correccion factible es arreglar la
estacion de lavado
de ojos y cara.
