Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in
that employees were
exposed to:

El patrono no
proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
At the establishment, different area on the first floor of the room, were
stained on the
accustic tile and walls as evidence of filtrations that wet the floor and
created bacterial
and fungi growth.
Among others methods, one feasible and acceptable method is to replace the
accustic tile
and repare the roof filtrations.
Hazard: Falls and/or trauma
En el establecimiento, diferentes areas del local en el primer piso,
tenian los techos
acusticos y paredes con evidencia de filtraciones que mojaba el piso y
creaba crecimiento
bacteriano y hongo.
Entre otros metodos, un metodo factible y aceptable es remplazar el techo
acustico y
reparar las filtraciones del techo.
Riesgo: Caidas y/o traumas.
