Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in
that employees were
exposed to:

El patrono no
proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
At the Basilio Milan Hernandez School, in the first floor, it had five
rooms with water
filtration evidence. There were spots at the walls and ceilings. The
teachers were
realizing education task and in the lunch rooms the employees serving
lunch to the
students and teacher.
1- At the library room, at the ceiling.
2- At the Computer room, at the wall and ceiling.
3- At the Biology room, at the ceiling.
4- At the Domestic Economy room, at the ceiling.
5- At the lunch room, at the ceiling
Hazard: Slips and falls.
Among other correction method some aceptable method to correct this hazard
is, repair
the ceiling.
En la Escuela Basilio Milan Hernandez, en el primer piso, habian cinco
salones con
evidencia de filtracion de agua. Habian manchas en paredes y en el techo.
Los maestros
estaban realizando la tarea de educar y los empleados del comedor estaban
sirviendo
comida a maestros y estudiantes.
1- En la biblioteca, en el techo.
2- En el salon de Computadoras, en el techo y pared.
3- En el salon de Biologia, en el techo.
4- En el salon de Economia Domestica, en el techo.
5- En el comedor escolar, en el techo.
Riesgo: Resbalones y caidas.
Entre otros metodos de correccion uno aceptable para corregir este riesgo,
es reparar el
techo.r
