Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in
that employees were
exposed to:

El patrono no
proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
At the dinner room in the first floor, there was spots and cracks at the
ceiling due
deterioration.  The employees were served food to teacher and students.
Hazard: Slips and falls.
Among other correction method some acceptable method to correct this
hazard
is repair
the ceiling.
En el primer piso en el comedor, habia manchas y grietas en el techo
debido al
deterrioro.  Los empleados estaban sirviendo comida.
Riesgo: Resbalones y caidas.
Entre otros metodos de correccion aceptable para corregir este riesgo es
reparar el techo.r
