Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico: El patrono no proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten causando o que puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados estaban expuestos a: At the physical education room and in the library of the Juan Antonio Corretjer Community School; the employees were performing clerical and educational tasks. It has evidence of water spots on the acoustic panels due to water ceiling filtrations. Hazard: Slips and falls. Among other correction method, one feasible and acceptable to correct this hazard is repair the ceiling. En el salon de educacion fisica y en la biblioteca de la Escuela de la Comunidad Juan Antonio Corretjer; los empleados realizaban tareas clericales y educativas. Existia evidencia de manchas de agua en los paneles acusticos debido a las filtraciones de agua en el techo. Riesgo: Resbalones y caidas. Entre otros metodos de correccion uno factible y aceptable para corregir este riesgo es reparar el techo.r
