At the  National Insurance building in the  flat roof especifically in the
roof of the
elevator room to a height of approximately of 150 feet.  There were two
employees
without a safety  belt.  They were colocating a rope  from one side  to
the  other  to
install a scaffold.  The employer did not provide training to employees
who
might be
exposed  to a  fall hazard.
Hazard: Fall.
Among other correction methods, one feasible and aceptable to correct this
hazard is to
provide a complete training about fall protection and the correct use of a
safety belt.
En el edificio del "National Insurance" en la azotea especificamente en el
techo del
cuarto de maquina a una altura aproximadamente de 150 pies.  Habian dos
empleados
trabajando sin cinturon de seguridad.  Ellos estaban colocando una soga de
un lado al
otro para instalar  un andamio.  El patrono no proveyo adiestramiento de
proteccion
contra caidas para los empleados que pudieran estar expuestos a  riesgos
de caidas.
