puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
At the Footprint Section, Monodactilar Section and Record Elimination
Section at
Criminal Identification Division, were observed three electrical
receptacle of 110 volts
out coming from the floor. The employees were observed performing clerical
tasks.
Hazard: Falls.
Among other correction method, some feasible and acceptable methods to
correct this
hazard are the receptacle elimination and or relocation.
En la Seccion de Huellas, Seccion de Monodactilar, Seccion de Eliminacion
de Record
en la Division de Identificacion Criminal, se observaron tres receptaculos
de corriente
de 110 voltios sobresaliendo del suelo quedando al descubierto. Los
empleados fueron
observados realizando sus tareas de oficina.
Riesgo: Caidas.
Entre otros metodos de correccion un metodo factible y aceptable para
corregir es la
eliminacion y/o relocalizacion de los receptaculos.n

24"wide and
7" height, wich one was loose. This step was used by the employees for
search files.The
employees were observed performing clerical tasks.
Hazard: Falls.
Among other correction method, some feasible and acceptable methods to
correct this
hazard is secure the step with the structure.
En el Area de Archivo cerca de Seccion de AFIS, se observo un escalon
provisional de
24" de ancho y 7" de alto, el cual estaba suelto. Este escalon fue
utilizado por los
empleados para buscar expedientes. Los empleados fueron observados
realizando sus
tareas de oficina.
Riesgo: Caidas.
Entre otros metodos de correccion, un metodo factible y aceptable es
asegurar el escalon
a la estructura.
