that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to

employees were exposed to crushing injuries from the swing radius of the
aerial lift:
(a)5000 Garrity Blvd., Nampa, ID - On or about January 7, 1997, the swing
radius of the Model 600S JLG aerial lift was not barricaded while in
operation.  The super structure was within three feet of another parked
aerial
lift, exposing pedestrian traffic to the hazard of being crushed.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this
hazard is:
Place a warning line or barricades around super structure hazard.
