thereto, the
pendant hoist did not have a latch on the hook in accordance with the
American
Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Safety Standards for Cranes,
Derricks,
Hoists, Hooks, Jacks, and Slings (Overhead Hoists), ASME/ANSI
B30.126.1.1.2.10(d).
