flammable vapors inside

6-1.9 and Electrical wires were joined using a shrink wrap connection
heated by a propane torch
in the presence of a flammable atmosphere without the tank being made safe
in an approve
manner in violation of the National Fire Protection Associations Standard,
NFPA 385, Section
6-1.10.
"AMONG OTHER METHODS, ONE FEASIBLE AND ACCEPTABLE ABATEMENT
METHOD TO CORRECT THIS HAZARD IS TO VENTILATE THE TANK SEMI-
TRAILER FOR SUCH DURATION AS TO ELIMINATE THE FLAMMABLE
ATMOSPHERE WITHIN THE CARGO TANK."
