(a) An employee was exposed to a fall hazard while riding the manlift in
the wheat
elevator of Tolstoy Feed & Grain in Tolstoy, South Dakota.  Among other
methods, one
feasible and acceptable method to correct this hazard would be to install
adequate
guardrails around the manlift with a gate.
(b) An employee was exposed to a fall hazard while riding the manlift in
the oats
elevator of Tolstoy Feed & Grain in Tolstoy, South Dakota.  Among other
methods, one
feasible and acceptable method to correct this hazard would be to install
adequate
guardrails around the manlift with a gate.
(c) An employee was exposed to a fall hazard while riding the manlift in
the first elevator
to the east of the main elevators of Tolstoy Feed & Grain in Tolstoy,
South Dakota.
